I walk in and the gentleman behind the counter says, “Do you have an online order?” I said No, and he says he’s not serving any walk in customers. He’s been there for X amount of hours, hasn’t had a break, etc. He apologizes and says I can blame management. I walked out. This young man needs to learn something about customer service. Turn out the lights and lock the door if you’re having issues, but don’t ever treat customers this way because you’re having a bad day. I’ll never be back to this location.
