I wasn't able to get my order as they had started preparing it when the incident began and the store needed evacuated and closed temporarily for a few days. However, a week later I placed the same order and received the same smiling faces, correct order and it was hot and made fresh without a lot of grease like I have experienced at many other Puzza Hut locations. The quality of service and preparation of the menus items are excellent. And I am not much on eating take-out.
