    The timing at this location is a joke. I love Arby’s food; but I have never in my life experienced such sorry serving time in my restaurant experience. I can place an order online at 3:00 pm, get there at 3:30 and still have to wait 20 minutes for my order; nobody in the lobby and nobody in the drive threw. The wait times here alone are unacceptable. Plz do better.

    Tell me why I have to pull around to another door to wait for my food when no one is behind me. Why are we so focused on a timer and not so much on the food. Waited 5 min at another door for a cold sandwich. I love the fried turkey club but a cold sandwich on cold bread...
