Whether you have a receipt or not. They literally. Do. Not. Care. They don’t care if you paid for it and never received it. They are incapable of handling customer complaints. They admit NO wrong. They don’t care if their customers are shorted food.. money.. whatever. They say it’s not their problem. DO NOT GO HERE unless you want to leave entirely pissed off.. hungry.. and let down. They are a joke. A complete joke. They wouldn’t be in business at all if Morton had ANY other fast food options. They do not know HOW to get their shit together. It’s pathetic. And to the owner’s comment. We did speak to the manager on duty. And they were entirely unhelpful. Stating that it was an “issue with online ordering” despite all of my ordered items being stated on the receipt given to us. That is not an “issue with online ordering”. That is human error. And those same humans refusing to admit any kind of fault or accountability. In short. The manager on duty WAS the problem. Thank you SO much for your concern. Obviously we spoke to the manager on duty. I wouldn’t have left this review without first doing so. Fix it. Or continue to lose all of your customers.
