  I’m a regular, I usually do lunchtime. I walked in two customers were sitting entertaining. The workers were in the back I thought they saw me when I came in but I guess not. So I waited about 5 mins before I stuck my head around the cash register to get someone. Like you were too busy entertaining your coworker til you didn’t even think to come back to the front to check your guest. She came up shocked and looking off as if I did something wrong to get her to serve me. I never had this problem anytime I go. I’m always greeted and served in a timely manner. When she finally took my order more customers started coming in. Another worker come from out the bathroom cleaning up to make orders. Well these two ladies after me order but got theirs before mine and that pissed me off more. Like I’ve been sitting here and they come in just ordered & gone. After they left she calls my name. I immediately knew yeah tonight y’all getting a bad review, I don’t do this. Especially when I come there a lot. No no I wasn’t pleased with the service but my smoothie was delicious. This happened tonight by the way. And I didn’t get my points after I scanned 😟😒

  The wife and I went in with the intention to sit down and have a nice breakfast. As we walked in, a White guy (looked to be either the owner or at least manager) walked right in front of us, literally cut off our path and walk straight into the back without any greeting, I am a business owner myself, I know a thing or two when it comes to customer services.
