Ordered in the app and when I went to pick up the worker said they are out of tortillas for the crunchwrap. So I said it's OK, you can change it to the chalupa. And they said no, they can't make any changes. And they told me to cancel my order in the app. But the app doesn't even have an option to cancel.

And this is the Bonita lakes Taco Bell I'm speaking of.
