  I pulled up said I wanted a cantina bowl and they said they stop serving bowls after 10pm then I came today 3/13/26 and they say they selling hard and soft tacos which is crazy cause yall close at 2am so it should me full service

  Lady was rude at the speaker box my food was cold when I got it and nothing was made correctly and I didn't get all the food that was ordered

  Once again, HORRIBLE customer service at the north hills location. Not one word was spoken to me other than to rudely correct me for answering “no” to the drive thru prompt “will you be checking in with your mobile app today?” I don’t work there so how am I supposed to know how to answer? And the last time I went over a month ago, I asked for a Baja Blast and they were out. So I asked for Dr Pepper and was told “we only have Pepsi products” so I asked for a Mr Pibb and was told “we only have Pepsi products” so I asked for a different drink that apparently was a coke product (again, I’m the customer, how am I supposed to know this?) and then someone else jumped over the system and yelled “MAAM WE ONLY HAVE PEPSI PRODUCTS” this is so ridiculous and I’m extremely disappointed. Again
