We went to the bar and waited for 15 minutes and the bartender did not come to get our order. We were about to walk out but decided to give them one more chance after speaking to the manager. Our server wasn’t attentive and it took 33 minutes to get our food. Our fries and tots were cold, but the beer cheese Philly was hot and seasoned well. The manager never checked to see if our service improved. Will not be back.

When you’re only making two dollars an hour your tips are your bread and butter. How you could go out and have someone running around to make your dining experience a wonderful time and not leave a tip boggles my mind. We were eating at the Meridian location and this girl was none stop and to hear the people saying they didn’t need to tip her, that angered me. Then keep your butts home. They’re not here working for free. And people want to know why Customer service is so bad everywhere. If you’ve never been in service then that’s why you people don’t tip, let me tell ya it’s no picnic? Take a special kind of people to put up with the public . So before you DON’T TIP Imagine you’re the server putting up with you
