  Took my Mother here due to the bottomless apps commericals. She wanted to try it, she loves appetizers. She is disabled and can't walk very far, also has a bad hip and has trouble getting into a booth. Advised the person seating us of this, they walked us to the fartherest table they had and sat us in the sun. Waitress came and we order, Mom wanted to do the bottomless apps, mozz sticks and the queso dip. You can do two at a time as many times as you want allegedly. She also ordered the Hawaiian sliders app, not bottomless and I had the street tacos. They brought the tacos first, then the sliders. I asked where the bottomless apps were, they didn't bother putting them in. They finally brought them out after we had asked about them and the mozz sticks tasted like old grease. You know if you go to Sonic like half an hour before they close and order mozz sticks and they come out kind of cold and taste funny? Tasted like that but warm. The queso dip was alright but the chips were stale tasting and rubbery, not crisp at all and swimming in oil. But they were supposed to be bottomless so we ate all the mozz sticks and asked for another batch. Then we got the bill, guess bottomless isn't so bottomless after all. Charged twice, once for the sticks and queso then again for just the sticks. Had to talk to a manager to get it fixed. And the waitress kept disappearing for half an hour or more at a time, sometimes I would see her hunched over in a corner. Perhaps playing on her phone? Doodling on a napkin? No idea what she was doing, but it wasn't checking on people in her area. I know that we asked for a take home box at least 3 times before we finally got one. First and only trip here. Caveat emptor.

  Driving back home we decided to stop and eat here. The restaurant was not packed. At all. Maybe 3 or 4 tables in the section we got sat. Sat there for 10 mins before we got asked if anyone had come by. We said no, and a waitress got drinks for us. Waited another 15-20 minutes for the other waitress to come take our order. Sat there for at least 30 mins and got nothing. The waitress came by twice with the wrong orders so we got up and left. This was by far the worst service I have ever had in my life at any restaurant. Very disappointing and unprofessional. I would give NO STARS but it makes me put at least one.

  Worst service ever... wasnt even busy... and 67 dollars for a little bit of chicken is wild... ive been to multiple B dubz and never had this much of a problem

  This is the WORST location we’ve ever been to. 1 star because we were seated within 10 mins. We were seated around 5:20pm, our server took over 15 mins to even acknowledge us and get our drink order, I got up to get menus because we were never given any, then waited another 15 mins for our drinks & for her to take our food order. Then waited 1 hour before our food started coming back & only got 2 orders out of 6 back (2 kids burger, which were wrong since we asked for no tomato or lettuce & they both had it). We waited another 30 mins until we decided to pay for the 2 kids burgers and drinks delivered & leave at 7:30pm… TWO HOURS and we NEVER got our food. In the end, the manager was telling the hostess to not seat anyone else, until they could get food out & they had a ton of open tables. This location was HORRIBLE and very UNORGANIZED!!!
