The staff claimed they were âbusyâ but my order was messed up twice. I was so frustrated I couldnât even find the right words. On top of that I could hear them talking about me while trying to âcorrectâ itâ âsheâs sensitive.â I asked what makes me so sensitive for having my order wrong twice! Their behavior was petty, immature and completely unprofessional. I had to involve the shift manager just to get my order right.
