  Trinicia James is such a wonderful person. What was heading into a terrible experience she turned it around. With a smile on her face she goes above & beyond to make sure of customers happiness.

  Passing through from Alabama and we stopped just to get something quick to eat. We decided to go in to all eat together. We ordered on the menu inside and got our table number and sat down. After 20 minutes of not getting our food we all started to get a little aggravated. We saw many workers just walking in and out hanging around with each other. After 30 minutes of waiting we finally went up to the counter to speak to someone, as soon as he went up there the lady said the food will be right to us. It came not even 5 minutes later (I assume the food started to get made after we asked). When the girl brought us the food she accidentally spilled a fry and told us she would bring us a new one. 10 minutes go by with no new fry, and we realize the happy meal also was missing the fry and a extra pack of apples we ordered. We then have to go back up to the counter after another 15-20 minutes of waiting to receive our missing items.

  Went through the drive through just for the grinch meal. The food was hot and fresh. They dont put much ice in your drink if your any thing like me an let my tea water down.

  My husband daughter and I stopped inside to get some quick food before driving 12 hours back home. Stoping in a McDonald’s before our road trips is a reoccurring trend for our family because it’s fast. There were a total of three people that had placed orders besides us. After about 15 minutes, I’m starting to wonder what was going on. I looked around and no one else had any food either and people were visibly irritated. An older gentleman came in and waited at the register forever before anyone would help him. He looked at our family and said, “She was just looking at me.” Not only was he not getting service, he was actively being ignored. He finally got to order and was given incorrect change. So now we’re 40 minutes into our wait and my husband asked for a manger because we had a long drive ahead of us. The manager told him it’s perfectly normal for his quarter pounder to take 30. Mmmmkay. We’ve never waited more than 10 minutes for any order at McDonald’s. Long story short, no one in the restaurant seemed to be concerned about the patrons inside. It was some of the most blatant disregard for customer service I’ve seen in a long time. I do not recommend. Quarter pounder that is “cooked fresh” and was taking so long was cold. 😂 Ridiculous.

  It was a decent McDonald's place. I was on the roads when I entered here for quick bite. It was clean and was how it was supposed to be. The only thing is the Kiosk machine I used didn't print the receipt for which I got confused if my order was ready as the order was being processed. Overall, good food and decent service Would visit this place in the future when I will be in the roads!
