After answering the phone, an employee told me “you are way too far to deliver. We are not going out there” I explained that I received a delivery just a week ago, and he cut me off “we aren’t going out there!” Considering that I just received a delivery a week ago and the app allows me to order because I am in range, a rude phone call was the last thing I expected. If they are short handed, I completely understand. However, the approach was poor.
