  Don’t stop here if you’re in a hurry!! Took 40 minutes for 2 chicken biscuits! If I hadn’t already paid I would’ve just left.

  Service, food, and cleanliness at this location are so bad it's unrecognizable as a Chick-fil-A. Order processing is slow regardless of what system you use, and they make mistakes you'd never see at another location. And the store was filthy, with dirty floors, uncleaned tables, and overflowing trash.

  I recently visited the Chick-fil-A and I have to say, the employees are absolutely amazing. Staff members like Brian and Amiracle were kind, professional, and really made the experience pleasant from a customer service standpoint. However, the biggest issue is the wait time. The service is consistently very slow. Even when ordering ahead, you can expect to wait 15–20 minutes for your food. The drive-thru setup also makes things difficult. If you happen to receive your food while still in line, you’re essentially stuck because the cars in front of you may still be waiting, which means you can’t move or leave. It creates a frustrating experience overall, especially when you’re expecting the speed that Chick-fil-A is typically known for. The team is great, but the efficiency and flow definitely need improvement.

  I placed a mobile order on March 2nd for pickup in the mobile thru lane, to my surprise the regular drive thru lane was closed near the window making everything take even longer than normal, it takes almost 20 minutes for me to get to the window because of this but somehow my food still wasn’t ready so I was told to pull up and wait even longer (all I had was two breakfast meals), and people who got there after me who didn’t order ahead ended up receiving their food before me. When I finally received my food, I was given a card that let me get one free breakfast entree, however when I tried scanning it into my app it told me my card was already redeemed even though I had nothing on my account to reflect that. I went to the same location this morning hoping I could use the card inside just to be told there’s nothing they could do since it said it was already used, apparently on the same day I placed my last order and showed my order history proving I hadn’t used it, but they didn’t care. The manager couldn’t even be bothered to talk to me and just stayed in the back so I had to communicate through another employee. Hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had going to CFA, and I pray they do better going forward and apologize for what happened today because this is absolutely unacceptable.
