Walked inside to get our meals and the floors were sticky and counters were sticky and dirty. Awful smell and and flies flying around.. We walked out and went elsewhere.. Been to a lot of Wendy’s in my lifetime and never seen one so awful… Hoping things improve.. Thanks My family..

The service is always slow, my order is almost never correct, on the rare occasion it is correct it's undercooked, and most of the time in the drive-thru I end up having to reorder at the window because somehow the order I made at the menu board never made it lol. It's a shame, I use to only recommend Wendy's and now I wouldn't send my worst enemy to ours. I'm only giving 2 stars because I'm still holding out hope they will redeem themselves
