    I'll never understand for the life of me why this place always have dirty grease. My Mexican pizza and cinnamon twist should not taste bitter because the grease is dirty. Do better. For once my order was correct but the food was nasty.

    I stood at the register inside for a good while with no acknowledgment. There were people in the back working neither of the young ladies acknowledged me. Finally I asked. Should I place my order at the kiosk and they still ignored me. Gives new meaning to “not in my job description“. I finally walked out.

    The girls behind the counter were nice and very quick, and the food was on par for Taco Bell, but— When we walked in, we were greeted by screeching sounds. An employee, presumably on her lunch break, was sitting at a table watching a video with volume all the way up. Almost immediately, we were hearing every cuss word known to man from whatever video she was watching. It was incredibly unprofessional, unwelcoming, and off-putting. I heard more profanity in the 5 minutes I was in the restaurant than I had in all the rest of the year combined. This alone is enough incentive for to not come back. Very disrespectful and inconsiderate of the patrons you are sharing a space with. This should probably be addressed.
