  Absolutely the slowest place i have ever been i was picking up a door dash order for a customer and this place is so slow management needs to makes some changes or management needs to be changed and they prepare your food with out gloves on nasty place and slow

  I have never been more humiliated by the incompetent staff at this Pizza Hut. I ordered through the doordash app and instead of having it delivered I chose 'Pickup' because it's cheaper and I was passing by there going to my hotel. They held my pizza hostage for a solid 25 minutes and said I had not paid when I clearly showed them that I paid through the doordash app. People do it all the time. They wanted me to pay twice for a personal pan pizza because her "drawer was going to be short." They also refused to let me pick it up through the drive thru and made me come in. I am not a doordash driver, just a customer. It was absolutely humiliating and infuriating. Never again will I return when I have to work in Magee!

  I wish I could give zero stars. This place isn’t run professionally at all. They are rude and have no customer service skills whatsoever. Don’t waste your money here.

  Ok Pizza hut my pizza was trash, my pizza was the worst ever the cheese didn't taste right the meat and sauce was horrible, I couldn't eat it, money wasted 😭

  Food on buffet was old and never put out fresh. No waitress there to refill drinks, the one behind counter was busy on her cell phone. Tables and floors were dirty. Paper plates, no napkins at table. Very disappointed, we will not go back.
