  Went through the drive thru this morning and service was very fast. And the food was wonderful. Cooked perfect. Really appreciate the quality of the food

  Don't go here. They left a gal on day one taking orders with next to no training. Not only did they ring up the order wrong (missed a meal, the rest was good and I'm not blaming the one day checker, there was no one helping her) they Bagged the entire order wrong. We were not the only ones, every one from the drive through was coming back in with wrong orders. Two of our burgers were smashed and ketchup all over the bun. Just don't go.

  Definitely not a very busy McDonald's and I understand why after the fact. Had to wait at the drive thru (no other vehicles present) they kept telling me to hold on. Got to the payment window and the employee asked me what did I have. (Hint, there were no other cars in the drive thru). Pulled up and waited for my food, they were in there cutting up, guess the customer comes after play time at work. Finally got my drin and food. When I received it, I automatically smelled onions, I always order food without onions. Had to sit there to get their attention to tell them that I had ordered no onions! They told me to pull up to the next window, which I did. Waited another 5 minutes to have my remade correctly burger thrown out the window to me. I opened the burger and it almost looked like sloppy, literally, cheese half on the bun, meat patties all curled up in the wrapper. I travel a lot. Always go through McDonald's, but never this one again. Guess good employees really are hard to find these days.

  Customer service is poor, especially in the drive-thru. Orders are often handled with little care, and communication through the speaker is rushed or disrespectful. The food quality is also poor. Most of the staff appears very young and lacks basic customer service skills, including how to speak to customers. These problems have been ongoing, not just a one-time experience. Management needs to provide better training and supervision.

  Went over to order my family some food and one of the cashier's had an airpod in and was being rude to us. Half of the drink machines were also broken and we almost slipped on the floor due to a spilled drink. Overall poor service, the food was ok though.
