  My experience yesterday was excellent not only that the staff and the manager La’ Quita made me feel welcome. I felt like family good customer service good quality of food.

  I recently visited the whataburger in Madison in the food was very hot and the cashews were very friendly. Definitely recommend to my family and friends.

  Don't dare go in to order! Waited 15 minutes for someone to come out of the back. Finally ordered on their kiosk. The middle school kid that came from the back room acted like he wanted to be anywhere but at work. The air conditioner wasn't working and when a lady at the table told him about it he didn't even respond. Service was ridiculously slow. Even after 30 minutes not one person came from the back room. Awful service. Would definitely not recommend this location if you were dying of hunger and this was the only restaurant left.

  It would be faster to go into any nearby restaurant and sit down, order, and eat than to get in the drive through at this location. The food is fine but they are so terribly slow compared to other locations. It is consistently this way no matter the time of day.

  Tonight I went to this Whataburger to get my food for the night and it was awful. I got two Whataburger combos, which should be this place's bread and butter, right? The burgers had some omissions, no pickles, no onions, I asked for no sauce on one because they're known to put way too much sauce on at this location. Should all be normal stuff. I went through the drive thru and they immediately told me to pull forward, and I've worked drive thrus before so I know what's up. They're trying to get their drive thru times down artificially, which is fine. That's part of the business. But it took them 15 minutes to get me my food!! I wondered what was taking them so long... Eventually, a girl comes up to my car without any food and confirms my order name since it was a mobile order. I thought that was weird because I had already confirmed my order at the drive thru. Another 5 minutes go by and they come out with the food. Finally! So I tell her thank you, have a nice night, and at this point I'm just ready to get home. After all, I'd been waiting 20 minutes for my food at this point. I open my burger once I get on the interstate, and there's onions on the burger. I'm willing to grin and bear it, and at least I have my milkshake. But I try to drink the milkshake, and I notice that it's a small when I ordered a medium. And what's worse, it's really thick. That's weird, Whataburger milkshakes are usually comparatively really easy to drink. And when it finally hits my tongue, I realize why: that's not a milkshake, it's a malt! At this point I don't even want it anymore. I'm gonna eat this burger and suck it up. I'm fine with that. But when I get home and hand my girlfriend her burger, I'm worried it's gonna be wrong too. I apologize and she opens it, surprisingly it's made correctly! A sigh of relief! But that's where I'm gonna have to bring it back around again, because they STILL managed to mess her order up! She wanted me to order extra sauce so she could dress the burger herself, on account of the previously mentioned mistrust of the line cooks to add a reasonable amount of sauce to the burger. But you'll never guess where this is going – They left the freakin sauce out of the order! And to top it off, our drinks (designated as no ice on the app) were full ice from the bottom to the top. At this point I finally decided to try and call them. I wanna see if we can make this right, somehow. But wouldn't ya know it, nobody wants to pick up the phone! Overall, this is one of the worst fast food experiences I've ever had. The service, the food, and the drinks were all bad in one way or another. This food is way too expensive to have to go through all this trouble, and at this point I wonder why I thought it was normal to have to make an order so that I can do the cooks job myself. Don't eat here after 5pm, period.
