  Absolutely terrible experience at Taco Bell. I waited way longer than I should have just to get a simple order. There was no sense of urgency from the staff, and it felt like they didn’t care about the customers waiting. By the time I finally got my food, it wasn’t even fresh. If you’re in a hurry or expect decent service, I’d definitely think twice before coming to this location.

  Very rude, do not care at all. Nobody to even approach me. They just carried on with their conversation. Made me wait for a good 10 minutes before she even asked me what I was waiting for

  Worst taco bell ever. Dont waste your money here. Its better to eat dirt than to place order in this crap. Ordered black bean chalupa supreme and there was barely any black beans in there.

  I had measure of enjoying special services today at this Madison location. African American male help me and insured that my food was the best, never showed any resistance and assisted me with a smile. I love Taco Bell!!!
