I called the store at 6:12 PM and they said someone was on the way and 15 minutes later it still hadn’t arrived although I’m only five minutes down the road. I had to call back and ask for a refund. I had to ask the manager what the issue was. This is absolutely unacceptable!!! She should’ve offered some sort of explanation on her own and gave an apology without me asking. Also, the website was never updating. It constantly showed that my order was being prepared and it never changed from that.

I arrived the screen said order was ready. The cashier asked my name I gave it to her signed my receipt. And 15 minutes later she comes and tells me my pizza hasn’t been made yet it will be another 15 minutes. I asked why it states it is ready I was told sometimes it’s wrong and they are doing all they can do. I asked for my money back and 10 minutes later I finally got my money. This place needs a huge management or owner change if they want to stay in business. I will no longer waste my time and money here. Please spend a little more and find a better place you are appreciated.
