  This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been in staff are very rude they never want to take your order inside they tell you use the kiosk I ended up walking out today they are not professional they need all the management and staff

  I've been a fan of McDonald's all my life. My favorite item is the little regular hamburgers with mustard ketchup pickles onions

  Customer service is horrible. You might get serviced you might not. Drive through might get answered or it might not. Inside might be open or it might not be! Today at 5pm neither were open!

  Just tried the new big Arch hamburger. So disappointed. It was nothing like the picture. No white nor any other kind of cheese. Just a pile of lettuce and a dab of some kind of sauce on the bottom and top buns. People see advertising and have high anticipation to try something new and end up being disappointed. It'd be along time before I go back to a place that under produce that badly.

  This is the WORST McDonald’s. I was just there for an hour waiting on food. I was well entertained. While waiting I observed quite a few instances that need to be addressed. First one of the employees was using the play area as a daycare. Her three kids were fighting, cussing and using a broom that was covered in a mysterious grey film to wipe the tables in the play area. Their language was horrible and the broom ok all of the tables was beyond disgusting. While waiting in the dining area all you could hear was the employees arguing and yelling about how they were about to quit. There were about 6 of them back there most of them standing around stacking food and itching their head with their bare hands and obnoxiously long fingernails that went straight into all the customers fries as she prepared them. The really short girl with the glasses was cussing and complaining about how everything was not “her” job. After standing there for 15 minutes and watching others I stepped closer to the counter and asked for my food. He gave me half the order so I handed it to my child and walked back in to the counter hoping for the other half. It was like he forgot and he wouldn’t even look in my direction. after 20 minutes more minutes, my kid was ready to go so I asked for either a refund or the rest of my food so I can leave and my tired kid to go home. He caught attitude with me saying it was right there… I Asked if I could just have it. He then came back to ask if I wanted my food or a refund and I said whichever can happen faster. They then told me there was only one person working…. I’m looking at 6 employees…. Very confusing.
