Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

I just wanted to give a shoutout to Quez at Whataburger! The customer service was top tier from the moment I walked in. Quez had a great attitude, was super respectful, and made sure my order was right. You can tell he actually cares about the customers and takes pride in his work. It’s not every day you get service like that. Definitely made my visit better. Keep up the great work, Quez! 🙌🍔

My kids love this place even though it takes forever to get your food. I don't mind stopping there if they have those delicious, gooey, hot cinnamon rolls. I buy the whole pan. Why buy 1 for $4, when you can get the whole pan for $12.

I had a great experience at the Whataburger in Madison, MS! The food was fresh, hot, and made exactly how I ordered it. The burgers were juicy, the fries were perfectly seasoned, and my order came out quickly even though they were busy. The staff was friendly, professional, and made sure everything was correct before I left. The restaurant was also clean and well kept, which made the visit even better. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend this location to anyone looking for good food and great service!

THIS WHATABURGER SUCKS-- That's the bottom line. I drove 8 miles for Lunch-- ordered a #4 Jalapeño Burger with a Large Onion Rings and a Coke at the Drive Thru. I paid for my order, tipped the server and was driving back to work to enjoy it -- reached in the bag for a couple of onion rings and it wasn't a large order like I requested, and they weren't even warm, and the Coke was flat. Got back to work and reached for my Burger. THE MEAT Inside the burger Was REFRIGERATOR COLD 🥶 like something left over from the night shift.
I Drove Back another 8 miles-- walked inside and asked for The Manager and was told that She's busy. They wanted to know what's wrong & I Told Them how pathetic I thought this was. Although they replaced my order-- The Manager Never Came Out and nobody even offered an apology.
The MISSISSIPPI DEPARTMENT of HEALTH needs to pay closer attention to this Whataburger location. If I wanted a cold lunch, I would have went to Subway.
