We gave them a $20 bill (there were 2 younger girls at the window). They handed us the drinks and then shut the window and walked away. This all occurred about 4:10 pm in the afternoon yesterday. We were never given any change nor a receipt of our transaction. Then we turned around and went back through the drive in window and the same 2 girls were near the window bagging food and walked away. They motioned for someone else to come to the window. Another lady came to the window and said that the manager had just left and she took my information. She said that when the manager came back in tomorrow she would have them contact me. As of this morning I had not heard from the manager so I contacted the corporate office and was advised that this information would be passed to the area manager over the manager.

Maybe pay more attention to actually doing your job than standing around gossiping?
