Usually don’t ever leave negative reviews but felt like this really needed one. Not a single one of my sandwiches was made correctly, no condiments/napkins given, and all the drinks were wrong. Best of all, there were several little pieces of hair in my burger. Had I not checked my incorrectly made burger, I would have never noticed. Will not be returning.

Worst service and experience I’ve had at a burger joint. Ordered three bacon cheeseburger meals and checked the burgers before I went to the car. Of course there was no bacon on any of the burgers. I went right back in and nicely asked if they could add bacon to my sandwiches. I was met with ima bring you the bacon out hurr. I asked again if they could just take my burgers and add the bacon in the back. The worker disgruntled took my burgers and when she returned she squished them with her grip as she handed them back. Never again would I recommend eating at this rude establishment. After all this the bacon they added to my sandwich was laughable. Go to Sonic folks!

Food and order wasn't prepared correctly, my chicken BLT was presented with burnt, crumbled strips of bacon (well only one strip actually), burnt and overcooked chicken patty, and old lettuce. I was surprised because the food is usually good, this is the first time having an issue with my order and service. My bacon cheeseburger was also not correct, I had no bacon on my "bacon cheeseburger" 😫 I would attach a photo do you can judge for yourself, but this site isn't allowing for attachments.

Yesterday the customer service was appalling. We ordered our food and while ordering food, made a change on the order and the lady taking the order immediately got an attitude (sighing, rolling eyes) and at that point, although it was distasteful, we still decided to dine in. We got our drinks and waited. We waited… we waited.. noticing the people that ordered before us and after us were given their food. When asked this same lady with the attitude about the status of our order, she asked what the name of the order and then the kitchen attendants stated there is no order in this name. Thing is, if she was apologetic, we would have stayed but she stated if we want our food or money? Wow!! We were upset and asked for our money back So, apparently although we had a ticket, she removed our ticket so we were NEVER gonna get our food! A disgrace!!
UPDATE: The Manager of the store contacted me personally and was VERY apologetic and I appreciate it!
I am a person of grace and second chances, especially when there is a genuine attitude of empathy. I will be happy to visit again. Thanks!
