  I placed an online order and went inside just to ask about it, but the worker was really disrespectful for no reason. She told me, “you don’t tell me what to do,” and started saying bad words I won’t even repeat here. I decided to just go wait in my car until the order was ready. When the app said it was ready, I went back in, but the order wasn’t there. I asked her again, and she said she wasn’t making it for me and told me to cancel it and get a refund through the app. The problem is she marked it as “ready,” so I couldn’t cancel or get my money back. We even tried talking to other staff, but she refused to help and kept being rude. I left without my food and without a refund. Honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a place — I hope management sees this and does something about it.

  Subway has gotten expensive. :( It's no longer a cheap healthy option.
