  Can't get anything right. Waits over 45 minutes for online orders, with no help from the store associates. Told there is no management in the store at any given time.

  It took 45 minutes to get our food. Others were returning their food because it wasn’t hot anymore. The staff was goofing around and didn’t seem to care. We were passing through on a road trip and this was supposed to be a quick stop. All of the soft drinks were flat. When I walked out the drive through was wrapped around the building and people were just leaving who hadn’t ordered. Just close this place. What a terrible experience.

  Thankful to have all my ingredients, but how much extra time does it take to properly put a burger together? I understand being in a rush, but after having to wait 30 minutes then having to walk inside and even make my own drink. This is ridiculous. I honestly would’ve just accepted that this is a one time thing if not BOTH of our sandwiches were done the exact same.

  There has to be something done about this FAST FOOD RESTAURANT. You can never come here and get your meal in less than 20 mins. They get you to.pull up to clear their computer so THEIR wait time looks good to Cooperate.... Meanwhile you and about 5 other vehicles are waiting and probably forgotten about..which has happened to myself a couple of times. This particular location keeps gradually getting worse as far as service goes. I'm glad y'all get to clear the clock and look good for cooperate BUT if their was a camera for the waiting vehicles in the parking lot...... Cooperate would know the truth .. if they even care.

  This is supposed to be fast food , but how in the world does it take 40 minutes to get an order of some fries and chicken nuggets . Everyone here has been waiting over 30 minutes for their food . I think corporate should investigate cause this is ridiculous . And i got an eye roll because my drink order was specific .
