  In reading some of the reviews we had to stop by and something! The staff on this side is extremely rude at very disrespectful! Oh you have no idea! Making comments being rude to customers Oh yeah we experienced it and I don't think this game is over until someone or most of them lose their jobs! And that goes for the management as well They were rude to an individual that tried it to help us because of the way we were treated and then they lied about something when all he wanted to do was have respect towards the elders ! These kids don't know anything and it's very disrespectful! You cannot lie and think that it's okay or to make trouble! This is not a school nor a sandbox! Our service and meal was horrible! Shame on all.of you! But our biggest thank you is to Stacy for stepuping in when other employees were being rude during our wait! Bottom line There are four employees that should be terminated! What they're doing is going to cost your company/franchise a ton of money!!

  I would go to a different location if you can. The meat was cut super thick on my beef and cheddar and had hard spots like it was old and sat out for days. I tried to eat my sandwich because I was hungry but I couldn't and threw it away. Im just hoping I dont get sick from the few bites I did take.

  11/8/2025 12:28 pm. Our Group Tour Bus stopped at Arby’s #05864; 2127 Hopper Road; Lucedale, MS 39452 for a comfort stop. We can’t say enough of good things about the group of employees we encountered. They were friendly, efficient, and such a wonderful group of employees that truly made us all feel welcome and appreciated! Thank you all!!! Keep up the good work….
