Wendy's is struggling and the Wendy's in Louisville, MS is no exception. Personnel are not trained to process company coupons or app rewards. On "free fry Friday" I ordered a simple burger and large fry, presented my phone with the reward barcode to be scanned by the cashier...She was absolutely clueless! It took four other people and about 8 minutes for these beautiful people to process my simple purchase...bless their hearts! I am a Wendy's fan and hate to see another 300 stores close next year. But I understand, based on my recent experience, why perhaps these closings are happening.
