I guess they didn’t hear the burrito because got to the window and knew it wasn’t enough $ charged so I asked if she had gotten the taco and burrito and she said no, just the taco. She asked us to pull forward to wait just a minute. I had no problem with this. We waited about 5 mins for someone to come out and with a bag of food and ask what we ordered. I told her the cantina chicken taco and she handed us the bag and we drive off. I open it up and see that it’s a burrito. Took a bite and it wasn’t even chicken, it was a flamin hot beef burrito. 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️

Waited 30 mins and then when the girl finally came out to give us our food she was carrying about 4 bags. She was cussing and asked what we had and threw us our bag. Very rude. Very unprofessional. She needs to be fired or maybe management also needs to be dealt with if service is so slow and that crazy. Will never go back there

Was not friendly or helpful in any way. Getting to be a regular thing in the south to encounter people in this industry with a huge sense of entitlement and chip on their shoulder especially when it comes to dealing with a white customer. It Is most definitely costing you business in this case and another negative review as well. Hire better. Seek people who have some level of competency and at least some degree of people skill.
