  We have ordered online from here multiple times and it never fails that it’s wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME. Well on a whim (and because the base Subway was closing early) we placed an ordered. Already expecting it to be wrong, I was surprised when my footlong sub came out of the bag wrapped separately. Shockingly, my sub was correct. Unfortunately, it had an EXTRA topping that I did not ask for. A 10-12IN LONG HAIR INSIDE MY SUB. I’m disgusted but not surprised. I’m shocked that this place is still open. We won’t be back, the base subway is always fresher, friendlier and they always seem to read the ticket printed off for them to get the orders correct..

  THE 3 PEOPLE WORKING IN THERE AT 5:22 ON 1/22/26 IS VERY VERY RUDE IM A BLACK WOMAN DIDN'T GET A WELCOME JUST BLANK STARES LIKE I DIDN'T SUPPOSE TO BE IN THERE THEN IN COMES A WHITE COUPLE I HEAR WELCOME WAT KIND SANDWICH YOU I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE I FELT VERY UNCOMFORTABLE SERVICE FROM THEM WAS VERY I'M\NPROFESSIONAL AND VERY RACIST

  There were three employees behind the counter this evening. None of them greeted me, none smiled, they didn’t even converse amongst themselves. The gentleman that made my sandwiches basically grunted questions at me. They all seemed miserable and shouldn’t really be working a job where they deal with the public.
