- SOSavvy OtakuApr 1, 20261.0Where do I even start…the managers some of the workers (some are very nice and great) food being slow waiting too long and overpriced no wonder service is bad all the manager wants to do is be on her phone sometimes I’ll see one person handing out food or bagging it too much stress for someone with minimum wage feel bad for everyone noticed some workers that I used to see come in never come in anymore overheard workers saying several been fired or quit the last week or so man I wonder why overall ever since the old manager left (she was great I was a customer for years) knew how to do her job helped the best she could and everyone loved her this new manager needs to go back to wherever she came from I think the managers name is Felicia and the another manager is very mean to the servers for absolutely no reason WE WANT ROBIN BACK

When I asked why this wasn't communicated sooner, the staff blamed a trainee. This location consistently struggles with inventory management and communication, leading to long waits and unfulfilled orders.
