  4/3/2026. This is why I don’t like going through the drive through. We went out tonight to get a bite at Taco Bell. I ordered the #5 combo 3 supreme hard shell tacos , and my favorite the Mexican Pizza with a drink and for my husband 2 grilled stuffed stuffed burritos.and a large Pepsi. The experience was shrouded by not receiving a receipt. Then we get to the window and they hand us 2 green sodas. My husband asks are these Pepsis? They took them back and gave us 2 large Pepsis. well it came to a final disappointment when we got home, he was missing one of his burritos and I was shorted one taco. I called them back their solution. Drive back over and they will make the missing food. I made a choice to visit Taco Bell. Why can’t the workers take enough pride in their service to ensure the customers get what they pay for. Just imagine what would happen if everyone in Laurel stopped doing business with them. Dining out is expensive enough when you get your food but it is a slap in the face when you pay for something and don’t get it. LS

  The absolute worst Taco Bell experience I've ever had. This location is always unbelievably slow but they never have any of their ingredients and can't take an order correctly to save their lives. They quote something entirely different back 3 times before saying oh we don't have that oh we don't have anything for that either sorry we can't make that either. And during this they're also quoting back the wrong numbers of items every single time. Then you get the food and you've paid $20 for empty tortillas that they can't even cook properly in an automated panini press or actually cut with a rocker blade. Let's be serious here this isn't rocket science its not even fine dining its literally garbage fast food and they still can't even get that right.

  40 minutes before posted closing hours the inside was closed. 30 minutes before posted closing hours the drive through said it was closed. Multiple cars waiting and staff ignoring everyone.

  Each time I’ve been here, I’ve been met with attitude for simply ordering. First and only place I’ve ever had to call in a complaint about service and even then nothing has changed. Just don’t recommend unless you’re willing to brace having your food thrown in your face.

  I don't mine going to Taco Bell but now I hear that they will work their workers with a break. I could have sworn that was against the law.
