  Went by yesterday because I just had to have a footlong coney. It's been years since I've gone. Took my order promptly and I came out very fast. The man who brought my food said the order so fast I couldn't understand what he said. Turns out, he was the manager and explained that with the fast paced environment, they get used to talking fast. He repeated the order for me more slowly so I could understand. Very pleased with his customer service. It's so rare to find people that will accommodate you. And to be fair, I had a very long week and was tired... so I was probably listening slow. 😅 Shout out to you sir, thank you for making my food and my day. 😄

  David. David. David…. Oh where do I even start, first off my food is “en route” and i’m stuck here waiting and waiting and you never came. Not only this but we had a mobile order, ordered before we even arrived and I had to click the button again to get it. Then I ordered a second set of food that was allegedly “en route” 10 minutes ago and now i’m stuck here waiting… for my “en route” food hangry. As i’m waiting I see David across the lot delivering a sour shamrock slush to a fellow customer who arrived far after we did. So no I am not satisfied with my experience with Sonic because of David’s lack of urgency. And on top of alllll this David tells me my total will be 20.23 so I give him a 20 and a quarter and he thinks he’s to good to bring my 2 cents.
