  My food is never right ever not one single time im sick of it and I keep giving them chance after chance so stupid I won't again like how hard is it to make a cheeseburger its not even a serious order just what u usually make nope not even like its supposed to be prepared cant even get the basics this place has always messed up my order I don't know why I even try

  Very short line that still moves at a snails pace. Customer service was HORRIBLE. Just an arm out the window for my rcpt. When I got my food she never said a word. Was upset I asked for ketchup and slammed the window when I asked for a napkin to wipe off my drink. The drink was overfilled and all over the top and sides. Apparently both window people hate their jobs and it shows.

  This place has a major attitude problem. I ordered a double hamburger. They only gave me a single patty hamburger. And when I brought it back (a little later because I was in a hurry and didn't have time to get it fixed at the moment) I was met with attitude and disregard of my order. They essentially blamed me for messing up the order. I hope HR looks at the management of this business and fixes it. Everything about it is terrible.

  The customer service is horrible. There was hair in my fries. No cheese on my burgers and i got a number 9. I ordered a 1/2 and 1/2 sweet tea and was very clear about it and got a very sweet tea. Just make sure you check every single thing before you leave the window i guess.
