They are amazing and made sure I and everyone else in the store at the time was very well taken care of and had everything we needed! I wish I could give 10 stars! Very clean, fast, friendly service. The food was AMAZING!!!! Ive personally never been the one to go to Papa John's, but this location just earned my business over dominios, little ceasers, and pizza hut! Great job fe and deja! Keep up the good work. Now this is what I call customer service and amazing quality!

I placed my order online and called the store to ask for a few extra pepperoncini peppers. While on the phone, I mentioned it was for my grandma’s birthday, and the young lady I spoke with was so sweet. She wished my grandma a happy birthday, asked her name, and even asked if she liked desserts. When our order arrived, we were surprised to see that she had added a free cookie cake and wrote a birthday message for my grandmother right on the box. It was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture that made my grandma’s night! From the staff at the store to the delivery driver, the customer service was top-notch. You could tell they genuinely cared. Please give a huge thank you to the team! Y’all went above and beyond, and it truly meant a lot to us. ❤️

The pizza is good, proud they have gluten free crust, which they are obviously very careful with because my daughter has a gluten allergy and doesn’t have any issues from eating the pizza. Most importantly though, the people that work here are incredible! Every time I go in, I get called by name and they are always happy to see me. This group definitely has a great rapport with their customers. There’s one lady that works there in particular, and she works a lot!, that makes me feel as though I am the most important customer of the day (and have seen the same with her interaction with other customers). Long story short, if I’m in the mood for Papa John’s, this will always be my go-to. Great people and good food!
- HHHarrison B HurtAug 30, 20251.0I ordered a pizza at 4:43 pm on 8-30-2025. I called back at 5:43 pm and pizza was delivered to wrong address. Nobody from Papa John's called me and told me. It will be a cold day in hell before I ever order from them again. Poor customer service. I found out that the Door Dash delivery person kept the pizza for themselves. Hope they got sick eating it.
