Great chicken and fries which was hot and fresh. I believe one of the employees sitting across from us was listening to our conversation. When we said something funny she a laughed...but was to be on her phone 🤣

Disappointing. Food was typical (some good, some not). Buns on the Big Macs were hard.
Service was unacceptable. Had to ask four times for the person to add a Filet-o-Fish. Asked MULTIPLE times for no onions on one of the Big Macs. Still got onions.
The person taking our order was far more interested in avoiding eye contact with us and in watching other customers.
We overheard her making fun of another customer (who had ordered a latte) even though this customer was standing in front of her.
Strongly recommend additional training and encouragement to employ listening skills for the staff at this restaurant.
