  Terrible people. Terrible service. Asked for marinara that I paid for and didn’t give it to me. Said I’d pay but still didn’t get it. Irritated the snot outta me.

  If I could do negative stars I would but I can’t this store has gone so far down hill it’s not even funny I tried ordering food and people were just cutting up hopping and hollering in the back so the girl taking my order couldn’t hear me so she messed up my order I order 2 smash burger meals with mozz sticks and 2 large drinks I tried to order a refresher was told I couldn’t have that drink with my combo so I switched drinks and still got stuff that was wrong I didn’t receive any of my mozzarella sticks at all my drinks were medium when they got to me I asked for large basically got told nah can’t do it this is ridiculous and the customer service is trash while all this was going on the manager on duty was just outside sitting at a table on her phone I will not be back to this location it is a poor excuse for a sonic if I were you I would stay away from it unless you want to pay for food and drinks you didn’t receive be met with less ideal customer service and a bunch of kids playing and not working while keeping you waiting there’s to many sonics around the Jackson area to go to this is and deal with these things

  Food is terribly made, looks like the meat has just been sitting on the grill for hours. They made my Cherry Limeade using Lemonade for whatever reason, tasted so bad. You don't pay for Service anymore in this world, you pay for convenience and we are all better off not wasting money on these garbage fast-food places.

  I placed my order at 7:51. At 8:01 the screen said that Keaunna or something similar was headed out with my order. 8:11 rolls around and still no order. I called back in and said hey I was just checking to see if y’all forgot about me and the response was no we are just trying to get all the food out and somehow yours got lost no apology or anything. I wish I hadn’t paid with a card because I just would have left. However 8:28 rolls around and I finally get my order. The carhop did apologize but it was very dry passed me my good and immediately walked away. I was so pissed I forgot to check my food just to get Luke warm fries and paid extra for bacon that I didn’t even receive! Horrible experience. I could understand if they were busy but they were not.😡😡
