  Wait more than 40 minutes for an order, they take a long time and they don't serve the food at the table, they always pack it to take away.

  This McDonald’s must be a black hole for any sense of competence. The food was a disgusting mess, the staff were downright incompetent, and every second wasted here made me lose faith in fast food entirely. Avoid this hellhole like the plague.

  THIS LOCATION IS MUCH BETTER THAN PREVIOUS WITH STAFF. A LADY WHO APPEARED TO BE DISTRICT MANAGER WAS NICE/ATTENTIVE TO CUSTOMERS & ASSISTED ME WITH PLACING MY ORDER ON THE KIOSK WHICH IVE NEVER USED. THE MAN DISTRICT MANAGER IS VERY UNFRIENDLY & NEEDS CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING. I STOP GOIN TO THIS MCDONALDS JUS TO AVOID SEEING HIS UNPROFESSIONAL FACE. ONLY WENT 2DAY BCAZ GRANDAUGHTER HAD TO USE CLOSET BATHROOM. I HATE PATRONIZING ANY BUSINESS WITH VERY UNPROFESSIONAL & UNFRIENDLY MANAGERS. SO, HOPEFULLY THIS REVIEW IS READ WITH INTENT FOR BETTER MANAGEMENT BCAZ CUSTOMERS CAN ALWAYS DO BUSINESS ELSEWHERE & WITHOUT CUSTOMERS MANAGERS HAVE NO MCDONALD'S JOB. MAY GOD BLESS U ALL WITH MORE KIND HEARTS!

  McDonald's in Byram, MS has got be the absolute worst fast food store in the state. Ordered at the kiosk and the receipt did not print so I had no proof as what I ordered. Of course I didn't get the entire order. Well there is a ticket on the bag when you receive your order but not the amount you paid at the kiosk. The manager argued with me about what I paid and what I got. So she did not make it right but it was only $1 that it cost me because you could add a breakfast burrito for $1. I added it and paid the dollar extra but didn't get it. So it's been a couple of years since I ate at McDonald's and this visit reminded me why it's been that long. Now for sure I will not EVER return. Long post but when it's worth it for people to know how they treat customers at McDonald's then I don't mind the time it takes.
