  Google shows this business confirmed 11 weeks ago that the closing time for today “Wednesday” are 8pm for the Jackson location. Well, this is INCORRECT INFORMATION. I called at 5:48pm to ask what time they close today and she said and I quote….“we cleaning up bout to get ready to go now…so yes ma’am we done closed”

  Says they close at 8:00. They were closed at 6:50. I drove 20 minutes for nothing.

  The prices are hidden on the menu. I believe it to be a customer’s right to know what the prices are. Food and service was great, management just needs to list their prices before we order.

  I placed an order(paid for it via app) for Jimmy Johns (Jackson) on the app at 6:50pm and arrived at 7:10 pm. They were closed. Per the app, facebook and Google they close at 8pm today. So now I have to make an unnecessary trip tomorrow to get a refund. It's bad business if You're not going to stick to your POSTED business hours.

  Should have looked at the reviews to this JJs before we stopped. We were driving through Jackson and had a bad experience. Same as everyone else has said on here: drink machine wasn’t working, they closed at 7 but it says 8 and they seemed irritated we were there. You could tell the staffing is a huge issue.
