    If I could give this store no stars I would. I am very very very disappointed ☹️ because I had an order for a family of 5 and 4 shakes. And my two orders of mozzarella cheese sticks were left out and our shakes were not stirred at all, everything was at the bottom of our Oreo cheese cake shakes. No condiments for chicken strips or ketchup for tots, even though you asked for it. And the car hop read the whole order off to my husband as if everything was in the bag. Like, this world is freaking horrible to live in, you try to be kind and people still do you wrong. We will definitely be driving to Richland MS for sonic from now on. It’s not just this fast food restaurant it’s all of the fast food restaurants in BYRAM MS. The customer service could be rated a negative 100. If that was possible. If someone has an order for a Family of 5, PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD PUT THE DANG FOOD THEY PAID FOR IN THE DANG BAGSSSSSS. What is so wrong with that? Y’all are stealing from people when yall do stuff like this. And it’s just plum wrong to charge someone for food that you did not put in the bag. the person who took the order was DEJA, Not to mention my husband being kind and generous like he is, gave the carhop a $33 dollar tip, believing all the food he paid for was in the bag. It’s not right and I am about to go to the CITY OF BYRAM ON EVERY SIGLE FAST FOOD RESTAURANT IN BYRAM YALL ALL DO IT AND ITS NOT RIGHT!!!!! PLEASE 🙏 DO BETTER BY YOUR CUSTOMERS OR FIRE THEM AND HIRE PEOPLE THAT WILL, it’s that simple

    Got to be one of the worst sonics in Mississippi manager sorry employees are sorry. Everyone has an attitude and doesn’t care about what the customer wants. I asked for one order of mozzarella sticks to be remade because they were cold and hard. This lady told me I can only get three of them back because I broke open. The other three are just sad in fast food nowadays And don’t teach the children anything about CUSTOMER SERVICE

    The first problem was that the app didn’t work. I started off by letting her know I had several orders. I couldn’t even get the whole sentence out of my mouth before she cut me off with something that wasn’t comprehensible about go ahead with them one at a time (the only part I understood). I started with the order of a plain burger with added items. She insulted me by saying, “Oh, so you don’t want a plain burger then?” to which I answered, “Well, I only wanted to add certain things.” After we finally got that straight, I proceeded with another order which she misses because of someone she chatting with in the background. I have to repeat more than one of the 6 orders for this same reason. Every time I ask for a food item with something added, she gets more belligerent. Also, each time I was almost finished with one order she barked is that all or asked for the next one. I especially didn’t appreciate her changing my vanilla shake with real strawberries added to a plain strawberry milkshake. I didn’t say anything else at this point because I’m fed up. They forgot the sweet tea and when I called back to ask for it, there was a burst of laughter in the background. About 10 seconds later, my tea comes out. I couldn’t help but wonder if this was intentional. Of course, when I got home I realized one of my drinks was missing and several of the sandwiches were missing items. I just wanted lunch for my family. Why is it so hard to be kind?

    It's crazy how crappy this Sonic is. It's maybe the worst service besides Popeyes in Byram. It is an act of congress to get your order placed. If you get your order right, you better go play the power ball cause it's never right.
