Fairly friendly rep says oh yes sir we've got the order. Great thanks! 45 minutes later... Tracker is still unchanged. My wife calls. This time the rep was grouchy, saying "I just told someone about this order it's coming". Well that someone was me and it was 40 minutes ago. A few minutes later, The tracker blinks "delivered". It was not yet. I'm not sure if this is something they are trying to do to help their speed stats or whatever? Ultimately we got our order 50 minutes after placing, little frustration, perhaps some skewing of their times, any bit of an attitude from an operator. Decent pizza though. UPDATE, one month later. The pizza tracker still does not work, and once again, they posted the delivery as complete well before they order actually arrived. Skewing the numbers, I guess it's official. And weird. I wont be using them again.
