    McDonald's in Byram, MS has got be the absolute worst fast food store in the state. Ordered at the kiosk and the receipt did not print so I had no proof as what I ordered. Of course I didn't get the entire order. Well there is a ticket on the bag when you receive your order but not the amount you paid at the kiosk. The manager argued with me about what I paid and what I got. So she did not make it right but it was only $1 that it cost me because you could add a breakfast burrito for $1. I added it and paid the dollar extra but didn't get it. So it's been a couple of years since I ate at McDonald's and this visit reminded me why it's been that long. Now for sure I will not EVER return. Long post but when it's worth it for people to know how they treat customers at McDonald's then I don't mind the time it takes.

    I come here all the time and have had the SAME issue every time. the little girl in the pickup window is rude as hell and i’m constantly missing things from my order. and when she brought my food out she decided to have an attitude with me when i asked her for ketchup. I have never been to a worse mcdonald’s sincerely. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT HARD!!

    Their service is pitiful. I’ve been waiting in line for 45 minutes for a mobile order. They need to change management and get a better crew. It is 5:58 in the evening and they have the lobby locked. This is an inconvenience And unacceptable!!!!
