  I went to pick up my mobile order and was immediately yelled at that the lobby was closed due to an issue with the bathrooms (despite there being no signage). I mentioned that other customers were still sitting in the playplace area, and the employee snapped, Well, theyre trapped there. I explained that I just wanted to get the food I had already paid for, but they rushed through the process, asking what I had ordered instead of checking the app, clearly trying to get me out as fast as possible. I had to repeatedly remind them that I ordered for two kidsboth needed drinks, Halloween buckets, and nuggets. Despite that, my order was still wrong. I ended up with only one apple packet even though I ordered two Happy Meals, no fries for anyone, no large drink for me, and somehow three extra packs of 4-count nuggets that I didnt order. The entire experience was chaotic and unprofessional. I understand if the lobby had to close for a maintenance issue, but theres no reason to treat customers rudely or rush them out without making sure their paid order is correct. It was stressful, confusing, and disappointing especially with kids waiting for their meals.

  And the lady at the register in the front was very rude. I also asked her, could she please make my Mac chicken fresh? But they didn't do that. The fries was cold and they didn't want to remake the Mac chicken. Because they said it had just came out. But it was dried out the mcdouble meat was also dry, like it had been sitting there for hours. I couldn't even eat it. I had to give it to my dogs and the dog wouldn't even eat it

  This place tried to scam me tonight. Went thru the drive thru ordered $23 worth of food. Got to the window girl was hanging out of the window with cash in her hand and said what did u have. I told her she said $23 I gave her $40 two twentys. She gave me $.13 back closed the door and walked away. I had to blow the horn for a few min. Another girl came to the window and said what do u need. I said I need my change I gave that girl 2 twentys she said oh. Closed the door I saw her and the other girl laughing inside. One girl pulled her phone out and was adding stuff up while they continued to laugh. Finally I was handed $18 which is more than I was owed and they said here and slammed the window in my face. I orded a double quarter pounder with no pickles and extra cheese I got a double quarter pounder with pickles and no cheese. I also ordered a big Mac no pickles extra chesse got one with pickles and regular cheese. And did not get my nuggets. This place is ghetto and a scam stay far away from this location!!!!
