  Being on the side of a hill made it a little difficult to navigate around. The food was correct but took quite some time to come out. They had us pull ahead and wait for our drive through meal. It was late and pulling forward into a small designated spot made it difficult for others to navigate around us. It was pretty tight with some larger vehicles. I wish we could have pulled up into a parking spot to e out of other people's way.

  Okay maybe my last statement was a little harsh look brand new McDonald's you'd expect fresh everything looks good right same problem with every McDonald's you would at least expect if nothing else the fries will be on point it's the first thing you see when you open your bag but when you open them and they're hard and wilted and the containers half full yeah makes you kind of angry

  I ordered two ten Piece nuggets and a Triple Cheese Burger Combo with a Half Unsweet tea. Im guessing the first driver assigned to my order kept the order and unassigned my order so then after the Third Driver finally reaches out to me he notifies me that the Manager on duty which was a female and another Team member were purposely ignoring him regarding the pick up of my order and after 10-15 min's they respond and say " We can send Cheese Burger and a cup of Tea. I have a 6 year old who only eats chicken nuggets or bites when it comes to eating out and you really mean to tell me your staff has no type of feelings for kids!! a order I paid for with my hard earned money and my child literally couldn't enjoy anything to eat I never even received fries at least and then the nerve of you guys to send my order unsealed giving open access for the driver to tamper with the burger and the drink. Something I HAVE TO CONSUME AND THIS IS AWFUL THAT A MEMBER OF MANAGEMENT ACTS IN THIS TYPE OF MANNER AND I AM HIGHLY UNSATISFIED AND I LIVE IN THE FONDREN AREA AND I AM EMPLOYED AT THE FRESH MARKET IN RIDGELAND MS AND YET ALONG I AM A NATIONAL GUARD RESERVIST SO FOR THIS TYPE OF TREATMENT TO BE GIVEN TO ME I AM SADLY IN A DECISION OF NOT EVER VISTING NOR RECOMMENDING FREINDS, FAMILY AND COWORKERS TO THIS EXACT LOCATION DUE TO THIS AWLFUL AND POOR SERVICE

  First time ever here I’ve lived in the area for a long time and just wanted to try out a closer McDonalds. After my first impression I’ll definitely be bringing my business elsewhere. Customer service is GARBAGE. Process of order is all everywhere but where it needs to be. Waited a full 30 mins after I ordered to get my simple plain sandwich and fries.

  Muy bueno, atención rápida y el lugar limpio, el servicio en si fue bueno, también les pedí que por favor la comida para mi esposa fuera sin mayonesa y con la carne bien bien cocinada y cumplieron con ello sin problema muchas gracias, volveré a ir sin dudas 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
