  Young lady was sweet, kind made my coffee as I like but it was barely warm. Also at 9am there wasn't much of a donut or muffin selection although this is a small setup

  Great customer service! So glad they have a Dunkin in the airport! But I work inside airport and times appear to be different online. I asked the management and the actual opening time is 4:30am on the east concourse and 7am for the Dunkin pre security! Hope this information helps others!

  The customer service representative was on her phone the whole time as she was making my coffee. I asked her a simple question and she gave me attitude and other customers attitude, as if we are making her come into work very rude unprofessional. As I walked up to the counter, she was sitting where the passengers are supposed to sit and totally ignoring the line until somebody had to say excuse me does anybody work here because she was on her phone strolling media how I know because I was looking at her on social media instead of her being behind the counter and this is in gate four at the Jackson Mississippi airport

  Not open at 4am. I personally work at the airport and there was not a single soul even at 5:45am.
