I asked her a simple question and she gave me attitude and other customers attitude, as if we are making her come into work very rude unprofessional. As I walked up to the counter, she was sitting where the passengers are supposed to sit and totally ignoring the line until somebody had to say excuse me does anybody work here because she was on her phone strolling media how I know because I was looking at her on social media instead of her being behind the counter and this is in gate four at the Jackson Mississippi airport

There isnt a phone number listed publicly so that you can call them. I also could not connect with anyone because the online chat feature was also down. Which means that there isnt any way to contact anyone at this location with issues. It begs to wonder how many $6 orders have been placed online and couldn't be canceled?? Just lost money.
