Would have to wait another 20 plus minutes for them to complete the order. The 3rd time is the last time. An hour had passed by and I just ask for a refund. 5 more Mims went by and they came back with the 2 pizzas i ordered. Told them I want my money back not the pizza. They guy stated that he didn't take my order and I'd have to wait. The website took my order first of all. 2nd. I paid with cash so no I shouldn't have to wait. I want to be refunded

I placed an online order. No notification but the store called and said my order was ready. I had a bad feeling. I got there and they had given my order to someone else. Then told me it would be 30 minutes to get my order. I asked for a refund or my money to be credited to my debit. The girl at the window thought all of this was funny. Now I have to wait 7 to 10 business days to get my money back. This location has been the worst location for customer service since the 1980s. Remember do not pay on line ,CASH only.

I called the location to let them know I never received and they said “Oh yeah, the driver got a flat” I asked for a refund and they said it will be 5-10 business days. IM ON VACATION NOW!!! Now I have to spend more money for dinner. Absolutely unacceptable!
