- ECEdward CooksOct 1, 20161.0I just visited the Jackson location on Highway 80 an it was unacceptable. I ordered a flame thrower an when I received it it had no lettuce and I wasn't informed until afterwards that they were out of lettuce. I also ordered a chicken bacon BBQ melt an I know the melts are made with grilled chicken but instead mine had a fried chicken strip on it. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AN UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!
