    Indianola ms. Subway is terrible with employees not doing their jobs but still take customers money then cancel you order right when you are at the window make that make sense. I'm really dissatisfied with the service my daughter and I received.

    3.9.26 Indianola Staff spoke when I entered. Service was slow. There were 3 customers ahead of me. I asked about 4.99 sub of day, she asked another staff(the lead) who said what? in a snappy way, then said it wouldn't be meal of day if you just got a sandwich(unfamiliar with online specials). I showed the sandwich maker the 4.99 on line pic, so she would know why I asked. I ordered the meal of the day selected chips, picked up my app order and paid for counter order and was left standing at counter,(acting like I wasn't there, while I was the only customer in there) while she helped make sandwiches(probably for online) and then finally(lead staff/cashier) asked if I needed something else, I told her my receipt and cup, just to have another snappy answer of I only charged you for the sandwich(meatball)and chips. 🙄 Anyways, I paid the extra got the cup. On 2.6.26 I went to this same place to ask about the two for six on the sixth special and got a snappy we don't do that here. I used to eat at a Subway very often, this will not be we the case at this location. No customer wants to feel like they are not wanted in a restaurant.
