Anyways this was a Wednesday, night shifttt 12:00AM… just unprofessional. Happy I didn’t get my food made or anything fixed correctly. I come to the window for my pick up , “oh we ain’t got that order we already gave that out” “ we can’t do nun about it” then I hear in the background “WE AINT GOT NO BEEF” ….. simply this was the stores fault, why give out an order before checking names? why not automatically FIX your mistake. anywho it could’ve just been marked off in the system, and didn’t want to make the food. Which is so childish, for literally immature people to even be running a night shift lol. No big deal I drove off, it’s just crazy you admit you messed up and can’t fix your mistake. Straight lazzines, still had 4 or 3 more hours to go. Why not just do your job?? if yall missing BEEF. Most definitely a store GM problem including workers,. Again I’m glad it wasn’t fixed by people who simply did not care to fix a simple mistake. But this store is A $ $.

As a DoorDash driver, I recently had a disappointing experience while picking up an order at this Taco Bell location. During my visit, staff members were openly speaking negatively about customers within earshot of others in the restaurant, which created an uncomfortable and unprofessional environment.
In addition, I was asked to wait an extra 10 minutes beyond the expected pickup time. While delays can happen, what was concerning was that employees continued making inappropriate comments, including remarks that appeared to be directed at me while I was waiting. Despite this, I remained calm, patient, and professional throughout the interaction.
Customer service—whether for in-store guests or delivery drivers—should always reflect respect and professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet those expectations. Based on what I observed, it seems this location would benefit from stronger management oversight to ensure staff conduct aligns with basic service standards.
Given that this location already holds a 3 out of 5-star rating, experiences like this may be contributing to that score. I hope leadership takes steps to address these issues and improve both the work environment and the customer experience moving forward.

Everything was good.
So I ordered the Deluxe box.. I asked for my chalupa to have meat(chicken), cheese, and sour cream the night shift on 1/16/26 fixed it with everything on it plus beef and chicken. which I didn't realize until I made it home 8 mins away so I drove back up there for them to fix it and they still got it wrong after taking 15 mins to even bring my order back to me ! At first they put everything in my chalupa.. went to get it fix all they did was remove the tomatoes left the lettuce and took away my sour cream !
This place sucks. Nothing is ever made right. They dont give you the right amount of ingredients. I've given them 3 chances to make a quesarito and its only a normal burrito every time. Customer service is great but the people in the kitchen suck
