  On 2/21/26 I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. The employee who assisted me was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked if she could bring out fresh spinach, she refused. The spinach that was already in the container was very low, soggy, and wet. I eat spinach regularly and know that it should be fresh and fluffy, not soaked and limp. Despite politely explaining this, she refused to replace it, and her attitude throughout the interaction was unpleasant. I was highly disappointed, especially since I have patronized this Subway on several occasions in the past and usually had decent experiences. Unfortunately, the poor customer service and low food quality during this visit have changed my opinion. I do not recommend patronizing this location based on my recent experience.

  This location is horrible!! Their sandwich making skills pretty much suck!! I placed an online order and requested my sandwich to be made on flatbread. It was made on white bread that was not fresh! It was made on white bread. Unknowingly to me flatbread has been discontinued. One would think they wouldn't make the sandwich. Instead wait for the customer to arrive. They pride themselves on fresh bread, NOT close! My sandwich and my husband's sandwich were a soggy mess and very poorly prepared!! All I got was an apology and no offer to remake our sandwiches!!

  Went in today and ordered two footlong subs. One sub was completed with no issues got to my sandwich and I was telling the girl what I wanted on it lettuce, 2 tomatoes cut in half, light banana peppers and light ranch! (Simple I thought) but apparently not I was informed they don't cut tomatoes in half they only cut tomatoes on salads so I simply asked what the difference was and the lady got a attitude with me over cutting tomatoes and told me the difference was because it's not in a salad slammed my sandwich on the counter and asked if I wanted something else. Oh and the manager lady was there and never said a thing! The customer service was very poor and the attitude over cutting a tomato was ridiculous!!! I didn't even want my food after that i just walked out. I won't be back to this location!
